Decline Skullcrushers - warmup. 45 kg x4, 42,5kg x 6, 40 kg x6
Standing lateral raises - warmup, 12kgx6, 10kgx6, 8kgx6
Standing Calves - warmup, 120kgx6, 110kgx6, 100kgx6

Abs 3x12 weighted crunches

High day (baked potatoes rule). I just realized that i upped the weight too much, but i have managed to pull it out so its all good :)
